A friendly and well-established nursery in Croydon is looking for flexible and reliable Early Years Practitioners to join their bank staff team. This is a zero-hours contract role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work across both the Baby Room and Pre-School Room as required.

Key Requirements

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (meeting DfE criteria).

  • Experience working with babies and young children in a nursery or early years setting.

  • Comfortable with all aspects of personal care, including nappy changing.

  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children's development.

  • Flexibility to work across different age groups and shift patterns between 8am and 6pm.

  • Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete).
