At Keplin, this role is more than just managing product listings or monitoring account metrics — it’s about being at the heart of a fast-growing ecommerce business where your work directly shapes our success. As a Ecommerce Executive, you’ll gain end-to-end exposure across multiple platforms, from B&Q to Ebay, while working closely with teams across marketing, logistics, product development, and leadership. With Keplin’s rapid expansion into new categories and channels, this role offers a unique chance to develop your expertise, build a well-rounded ecommerce skill set, and grow your career within a supportive and ambitious team culture.

The Role

We’re seeking a proactive Ecommerce Executive to manage and elevate our UK marketplace operations across B&Q to Ebay. You’ll blend hands-on execution—optimising product listings, inventory, performance—and strategic oversight—campaigns, pricing, and customer experience. If you're analytical, commercially minded, and ready to drive impactful, scalable growth, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product listings: SEO-rich titles, descriptions, images, pricing—and continual optimisation
  • Deliver performance insights: track sales, conversion rates, customer feedback, returns—and report with actionable insights
  • Manage inventory & orders: synchronise stock across channels; collaborate with logistics to ensure timeliness and accuracy
  • Ensure account health: uphold standards for fulfilment, customer satisfaction, and platform compliance
  • Drive campaigns & pricing: deploy platform-specific strategies, season promotions, and analyse their ROI
  • Enhance customer experience: streamline escalations, leverage feedback to refine product and service quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with marketing, logistics, compliance, and leadership to explore new tools, automation and channel expansion

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • 3+ years in ecommerce or marketplace operations, with proven success in driving growth
  • Deep knowledge of UK retail marketplace platforms: B&Q, Ebay and The Range
  • Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel, comfort with reporting/data tools
  • Excellent communicator and project manager—detail-driven and able to juggle priorities
  • Strategy-focused: experience in pricing, campaign execution, and performance analysis

Desirable

  • Experience in consumer goods or FMCG retail
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or PPC
  • Experience launching products on marketplaces or channel expansion

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • End-to-end ecommerce expertise—design to delivery—all under one roof
  • Impactful role: shape our marketplace strategy, influence growth, and contribute to new tools and processes
  • With Industry Leaders: Be part of a winning team that thrives on success and collaboration.
  • Flexible Working Options – Hybrid work available.
  • Supportive Culture: Collaborative and inclusive – your voice matters
  • Work–Life Balance: Quarterly team socials & events
