As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients. Your actions should align with the core values of CTC Global. At CTC, your expertise covers the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.

Your role goes beyond delivering measurable business outcomes—you will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing engagement builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and positions CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing.

You stand as a representative and zealous advocate for CTC's unique approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager, you set a high standard, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused approach. Responsibilities

• Drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. • Lead development of accurate growth forecasts and ensure seamless execution to convert projections into tangible client growth. • Maintain proactive client communication about performance, strategy changes, and optimizations to build trust and facilitate strategic leadership in performance marketing. • Represent and advocate for CTC’s media acquisition approach and tools in client engagements. • Ensure efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused approach in all marketing initiatives.

What Success Looks Like / NECESSARY SKILLS

Kick-off period, onboarding, and ongoing growth when working with the team to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with client goals. Build growth forecasts and campaigns using Prophet System and related processes, monitor performance, and adjust to hit KPIs.

Results

You will merge Finance and Marketing to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goals. You will:

  • Deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system’s Growth Map and Statlas.
  • Lead and collaborate with the team to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards.
  • Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and align forecasts daily with client goals.
  • Adhere to quality standards in client feedback, forecasting, and system execution.

Domain / Management

  • Your supervisor is Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You will report directly to Joy Sharma, a mentor focused on growth strategy and development.

Orientation

  • This role is client-facing.

Salary & Benefits

  • First month: $2,000
  • Second month: $4,000
  • Third month (average): $7,000
  • 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
  • 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000
  • This will depend on the number of clients and the quality of work.

Growth, Transparency, and Fairness in Career Development includes a defined progression path, weekly performance dashboards, pay transparency, mentorship, and regular feedback; fully remote with autonomous scheduling and accountability.
