The Role

We’re on the hunt for a visionary eCommerce leader to help us elevate the Beauty category amid bold digital transformation. With Holland & Barrett’s online platform becoming a market leader in health and wellness—powered by AI-driven personalisation and an expanding own-label range—this is your opportunity to shape the future of beauty in a business redefining how customers discover, shop, and care for themselves online.

What you'll be doing

  • Craft and own a bold Beauty eCommerce strategy that drives growth and sets new standards in the industry.
  • Spot trends using data, customer insights, and competitor analysis to unlock opportunities and stay ahead.
  • Partner with top beauty brands to elevate product listings, sharpen pricing, and deliver compelling promotions.
  • Forecast to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, minimising stockouts and maximising sell-through.
  • Turn insights into action—optimise site and app experiences to keep customers inspired and returning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, tech, marketing, and supply chain to create seamless end-to-end journeys.
  • Lead innovation in personalisation and discovery to make the Beauty experience feel tailor-made for every shopper.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in London or Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

The Person

What we're looking for in you?

  • eCommerce expertise with a background in beauty and a track record of turning digital potential into real results.
  • Supplier & vendor management mastery with strong partnerships and demonstrated commercial growth.
  • Marketplace knowledge with success managing suppliers in a fast-paced environment and a track record of boosting performance.
  • Promotional planning with understanding of trading cycles and digital merchandising to drive conversions.
  • Data-driven decision maker fluent in platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, Metabase, and Content Square.
  • Strategic thinker with market savvy who translates trends into actionable plans.
  • Influential communicator capable of aligning and inspiring stakeholders across the business.
