As an Economic Resilience Consultant, you will work on impactful projects delivering game-changing solutions. Your focus will be on whole system resilience assessment and capability building in areas such as:

• Workforce resilience
• Societal resilience
• Infrastructure resilience
• Digital resilience
• Organisational resilience
• Supply chain resilience
• Climate resilience
• Economic resilience or security

We excel in connecting systems and supporting clients with situational awareness, risk management, resilient leadership & culture, resilience assessment, investment decision-making, and resilience operating models.

Past projects include:

• Supporting the MOD in building a resilient supply chain and industrial base
• Designing a staff competency framework for resilience in the rail industry
• Reviewing risks to transport infrastructure from dam collapse
• Developing security strategies for international organizations
• Ensuring resilience of high-value payment systems for the European Central Bank

Qualifications

• Proven multidisciplinary outlook with a passion for resilient/sustainable systems
• Experience engaging and presenting to clients, with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of international standards for resilience, risk management, security, and continuity
• Ability to develop business cases
• Stakeholder management skills for cross-business interactions
• Systems thinking capabilities for strategic and detailed work
• Background in economics or engineering
• High proficiency in Excel; Power BI and Python skills are a plus
• Interest in AI and its application to resilience
