eDiscovery Assistant Project Manager

Working with a variety of companies and institutions, helping them to achieve their objectives by solving complex legal issues in eDiscovery. Our focus on strong client relationships, sector-specific approach, and an international network provides our client with a competitive advantage.
The Role:
- Successfully deliver and assist in the delivery of eDiscovery projects under the guidance of the Practice.
- Assist the management team of the eDiscovery team in project execution.
- Provide technical, strategic, and practical expertise on eDisclosure to the firm and eDiscovery team.
- Ensure compliance with quality control processes in all service deliveries.
- Communicate project status and approaches to Senior Managers and ensure alignment.
- Generate recommendations, project plans, estimates, procedures, and specifications; manage quotes and instructions.
- Handle data processing in various formats, including native files, load files, and exception handling.
- Set up and customize review platforms, run searches, cull data, create review batches, and manage user permissions.
- Resolve first-line support queries and coordinate with second and third-line support teams for technical issues.
- Maintain defensible processes and data security procedures.
- Document project and product details thoroughly.
- Administer software and hardware used by the eDiscovery team.
- Provide global support with UK-based eDisclosure expertise.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of eDiscovery projects, including data processing, creation of disclosure productions, leveraging TAR, Early Case Assessment tools, eBundling, and case management.
- Stay updated with technological developments, attend seminars, and share knowledge and training with team members.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
Education / Qualifications
- Knowledge of the EDRM framework.
- Understanding of principles in the ACPO guide for evidence.
- Experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Reveal, Disco, Axcelerate, and others.
- Previous experience or formal training in technology, data processing, or eDiscovery-related fields.
