You will join a well-established office where the team has built long-standing relationships with hundreds of schools in the area. The team prides itself on nurturing these relationships with both candidates and clients to deliver excellent service. Your New Role

• Interviewing candidates for registrations
• Developing and managing client and candidate relationships and expectations to ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Growing your portfolio of schools through business development calls and client meetings
• Identifying and securing job opportunities
• Attracting candidates and successfully placing them to meet client requirements, achieving revenue goals

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with one day working from home
• Reduced hours during holidays (9am - 2:30pm)

Requirements

• Full-time availability Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Own a full UK driver’s license
• Ability to work well within a team
• Confident communication skills with candidates and clients
