About the Role

We're seeking driven and experienced consultants to join our Education Division. You'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across the education sector — helping candidates find rewarding roles and supporting schools and institutions in building exceptional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract top talent through a range of recruitment channels
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability and cultural fit
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and placements with professionalism and care
• Deliver outstanding service that sets you — and TR2 — apart

• Proven experience in recruitment (education recruitment experience highly desirable)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about making a difference
