Education Recruitment Resourcer (Remote)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for education to join our growing team and help us find exceptional teaching and support staff for primary and secondary schools across London. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while making a real impact on the education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and screen high-quality candidates for a wide range of school roles.
  • Roles supported include Primary and Secondary Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEN Specialists, Cover Supervisors, and Admin Assistants.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and our internal CRM.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and verify credentials.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met, including DBS status checks, references, and right-to-work documentation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing: Proactively search for candidates using job boards and our internal CRM.
  • Screening: Conduct thorough phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for school-based roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and detailed information.
  • Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet strict safeguarding and compliance standards.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is essential, with a preference for experience within the education sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, especially with compliance and data entry.
  • A self-motivated and disciplined approach to work, able to manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of the London education market is a plus.
