If you’re driven to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with SEND, mental health, or emotional wellbeing needs, we want to hear from you.You’ll be part of a high-performing team using a consultation-led model that aligns with the SEND Code of Practice and the Assess, Plan, Do, Review framework. Working across schools, early years settings, and multi-agency partnerships, you’ll deliver both statutory and traded services, including high-quality assessments and interventions that lead to positive, sustainable outcomes.
