Siemens Mobility is dedicated to pioneering the future of transportation. Our dynamic team is always exploring new ways to drive innovation and efficiency in rail. We are searching for forward-thinkers who are eager to challenge themselves and make a tangible impact. If you are passionate about creating sustainable and intelligent transport solutions, we want you on our team.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join Siemens Mobility as an EHS Systems and Assurance Advisor in our Central Functions team where you’ll play a key role in supporting our aspiration of zero harm across the business. As part of our Environmental Protection, Health and Wellbeing, and Safety (EHS) team, you'll be the primary contact for maintaining and enhancing the digital tools used to manage EHS reporting, compliance, and performance improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to develop and optimise systems that support data analytics, assurance, and business intelligence. You'll be responsible for identifying trends, automating reporting dashboards, and ensuring the business has access to accurate, timely insights into EHS performance.

This role is site independent where you will be expected to work from a Siemens Mobility location with some expected travel. Experience with account managing internal IT compliance tools is essential, along with a working knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau. A solid understanding of corporate health and safety performance within large organisations would be very advantageous.
