The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing medical evidence and ensuring limitation dates are met
  • Issuing proceedings and adhering to court deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate records via in‑house case management systems
  • Staying up to date with legal and regulatory developments
  • Conducting research and contributing to business development activities

Additional skills and experience relevant to personal injury or litigation will be looked upon favourably.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Qualified Solicitor status with experience handling EL/PL personal injury claims (pre‑ and post‑litigated) or strong fee‑earning experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach to managing deadlines and client relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Benefits

You’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 from home)
  • Paid birthday day off
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Training and professional development opportunities
  • Death in service cover (subject to qualifying period)
  • Referral bonuses for introducing new clients or team members
  • Regular team events and celebrations, including summer and Christmas parties
