Electrical Estimator – Building Services

Ongoing Contract | Immediate Start Available

£250 to £400 per day (DOE) | Likely Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical cost estimates for building services projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing
• Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings where required
• Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure alignment
• Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market rates and trends

About You:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services or M&E sector
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
