Electronic Design Engineer | £50-65k + 10% pension & shares | Oxford | Hybrid

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electronic Design Engineer to join an exciting company with international attention, working on the cutting edge of technology.

They are very R&D focused and work on developing new technologies for some of the fastest emerging markets in the world.

Main duties as an Electronics Design Engineer:

• Develop mixed-signal systems and translate requirements into PCB designs
• Perform simulations and testing to ensure performance and stability
• Build, debug, and integrate prototypes with cross-functional teams

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit principles, with hands-on experience in designing mixed-signal systems.
• End-to-end experience in the PCB design lifecycle
• Proficient in PCB design software like Altium and simulation tools such as SPICE for circuit simulation
• Skilled in using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analysers) for testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Experienced in building and modifying prototypes, including manual component placement and soldering on PCBs

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with DSP, FPGAs, or MCUs
• RF design & mixed signal systems knowledge
