Electronic Patient Records Training Manager (EPR) (NHS role) Band 8a

Duration: 8 months

Pay: £30/hr + pro rata for 25 days of paid holiday (worth £3.65/hr) + NHSP covers Employer's NI (~£5.54/hr), totaling approximately £39.19/hr

Working arrangement: Hybrid (circa 50% on site / 50% work from home)

Essential requirement: Previous experience leading a trust-wide EPR pre-deployment training program

Responsibilities include developing and delivering an IT skills and EPR training strategy, managing a team of trainers, and aligning the service with national and local policies. The role involves ensuring a reliable, cost-effective EPR training service that meets user and organizational needs, and developing the service in line with the strategic direction of the EPR system.
