RTA/EL/PL Fee Earner – join a thriving Leeds-based team. HYBRID WORKING with a strong salary plus bonus and a brilliant pension. The firm offers a flexible, mixed-model approach combining home and office work.

The firm has a growing team of Litigators handling Road Traffic Accidents, Employer Liability and Public Liability cases. This is a full-time, permanent Personal Injury Litigator role with a hybrid pattern: 3 days a week from home and 2 days a week in Leeds.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of RTA/Claimant EL/PL claims and RTA claims
• Work on typical and unusual Road Traffic Accident claims such as Pedestrian or Cyclist claims
• Collaborate with the wider team and assist less experienced individuals on technical/complex matters

What we are looking for

• Experienced Claims handler, Legal Executive or Solicitor
• Experience in litigated EL/PL and RTA claims in fast track matters
• Able to work with the wider team and support less experienced colleagues
• Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication with clients by telephone or written communication
• Knowledge of the Pre Action Protocol, CPR and Practice Directions, and awareness of relevant statutes and changes in the law
• Experience using a Case Management System
