We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead and optimise email marketing operations across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global investment firm and play a key role in driving engagement and conversion through innovative email strategies.

You will manage a small team and oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns for both retail and professional audiences. Working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Data, and UX, you’ll ensure campaigns are compliant, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of two email marketing specialists.
  • Plan and deliver email marketing programmes, including automated journeys and transactional messages.
  • Oversee data governance and segmentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Build, test, and deploy HTML email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and best practice adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

About You

  • Proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of data privacy and compliance.
  • Leadership experience is key – ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.

  • This is a hybrid role requiring office presence Tuesday–Thursday.
