Role: The EMEA Channel Director, reporting to the EMEA Head of Sales, will work cross-functionally to execute the Channel strategy, develop partner enablement programs, and drive partner-led and co-sell growth. The role requires acting as the ‘CEO’ of the partnership to align cross-functional work streams with the overall business plan and measure success through defined metrics. Role to be based near London.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales management, product managers, and technical teams.
  • Develop and execute a regional channel enablement program aligned with partner profiles, working with Regional Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering and Implementation teams to align the LogicGate GTM strategy with partner business models and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular sales training presentations with partner sales teams to ensure understanding of LogicGate’s Value Proposition and qualification of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define partnership goals and objectives.
  • Oversee relationship-building and account mapping activities between LogicGate and partners.
  • Partner with Channel Marketing to drive marketing programs with key partners and ensure activities tie back to ROI.
  • Assist with pipeline development, sales qualification, and closing of business.
  • Define and deploy business plans to deepen traction with existing channel partners and review quarterly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LogicGate’s competitive positioning.
  • Meet or exceed channel quotas and regularly interact with partners and customers.
  • Track partner performance and provide feedback to optimize partner impact; review metrics and propose improvements.
  • Address challenges or conflicts between partners and the organization, seeking win-win solutions and applying learnings to policies and processes.
  • Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally for meetings and team collaboration.

We get excited about you if you have

  • 5+ years experience managing large, complex partnerships with resellers and consulting partners (examples: Softcat, Big Four, regional Cyber/GRC experts).
  • Track record of building Channel Enablement programs.
  • Pre-existing network of Cyber/GRC partners in EMEA, particularly the UK.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and work towards long-term partnership value.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new SaaS technology and understand LogicGate’s platform.
  • Experience presenting to executives at partner and customer levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Alignment with LogicGate’s company values.
