The Change Partners are working with a leading global technology business to support their growing DTC team in finding an outstanding candidate with strong operational effectiveness and readiness experience in a European or global set-up. You’ll need to understand the DTC and e-commerce landscape to align the team with ongoing changes and developments to the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver operational effectiveness for Back End Operations.
- Manage key services like Merchandising, D2C Operations, and L1 Support for subsidiary e-stores.
- Support subsidiaries in achieving their e-store sales targets by executing changes and resolving issues.
- Operate an effective support service for markets, tracked against SLAs.
- Act as a primary point of escalation for issues impacting performance.
- Establish processes, SLAs, and priorities to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Work with European Markets and HQ suppliers to understand requirements and build operational improvement plans.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with or a deep understanding of the D2C and e-commerce landscape
- Ability to lead large teams
- Strong senior partner management experience (2+ years) in a complex, European environment.
- The ability to design, build, manage, and track a Europe-wide operational service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
