Overview

Franchise lead for the EMEA ESG & Sustainability team, responsible for delivering EMEA ESG product and client strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high quality published product, and client access events.
  • Close collaboration with the wider EMEA research team to deliver sustainability product with a stock or sector conclusion (in addition to dedicated team product).
  • Work closely with the Global ESG & Sustainability team on coordinated global product.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to explain complex topics in an easily-understandable manner, with a proven ability to deliver compelling research insights.
  • Analytical rigour and intellectual curiosity: proven ability to critically evaluate information (in a highly complex field), and take nuance and context into consideration. Understanding of a systems thinking approach is important.
  • A deep understanding of market trends and key drivers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships.

Qualifications

  • Prior sellside research experience with a proven track record in research product delivery, and strong client relationships.
