Job OverviewEmergency Call Handler – Full TimeKey DetailsHours: 35 hours per weekShift pattern: 5 days out of 7 Monday to Sunday, shift hours 06:00 - 22:00, guaranteed 1 weekend in 4 off, rota 4 weeks in advanceSalary: £22,404.20 pa – £12.31 per hour and opportunity to earn PRP (Performance Related Pay)Location: Hybrid – NorwichStart date: 3rd November 2025Training: 4 weeks Full Time Training, Monday – Friday 09:30 – 17:00Internet speed requirement: 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps downloadResponsibilitiesArrange help for vulnerable clients when they need it the most – answer varying calls, provide reassurance, action accidental calls or test calls, contact emergency services.QualificationsYou must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to customer needs. Ideally experience in customer facing role and a good general standard of education.
