Location: City, London

Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 / year

Responsibilities

  • Advise employees on pension and benefits options, including Teachers’ Pension Scheme and group risk products
  • Deliver presentations and clear communications to employees and clients
  • Support consultants in client delivery, business development, and client onboarding
  • Maintain compliance and keep up to date with technical and regulatory changes
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to team success
  • Prepare documentation, proposals, and support the preparation of tenders
  • Assist in the development and mentoring of colleagues as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing best practice and contributing to innovation

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Knowledge of pensions and employee benefits
  • Confident communicator and presenter, both one-to-one and to groups
  • Organised, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Progressing towards QCF Level 4 (Diploma in Financial Planning)
  • Previous experience in a professional or financial services environment is desirable
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively within a team
