Overview

Our dynamic Employee Relations team is positioned at the heart of our operations, where efficiency and innovation drive everything we do. This team plays a critical role in maintaining a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting effective communication between employees and management. This EMEA-based team of Employee Relations Consultants plays a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and advancing our Employee Relations agenda across the region, influencing workplace policies, resolving conflicts, and contributing to the overall well-being and productivity of the workforce.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our London office.

At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

What role will you play?

As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will be at the forefront of providing commercial advice on a broad range of Employee Relations and employment law matters. Your contributions will be essential to our regional Employee Relations strategy. You will offer direct support to specific client groups and work closely with business and HR stakeholders on day-to-day employee relations issues such as investigations and the resolution of workplace disputes. Furthermore, you will oversee restructurings or reorganisations, performance management, and projects related to M&A activities, while adapting to regulatory changes and ensuring compliance.

What You Offer

We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us. If you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
