Job Title: Employee Relations Partner/Specialist

Location: London/Hybrid (Typically 2/3 days in the office)

This is a critical role in our People Services team. You’ll be at the heart of delivering a people-first, compliant and efficient HR service across the Ardonagh Specialty business. Reporting directly to me, the Head of People Services, you’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle, especially when it comes to employee relations, policy implementation and regulatory compliance.

You’ll collaborate with a brilliant mix of stakeholders across the business and the wider People & Culture team. If you’re someone who thrives on variety within a fast paced environment, takes accountability for end-to-end processes, values strong partnerships and enjoys making a real impact you’ll feel right at home here.
