This role owns the global digital experience across platforms to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the platform strategy and ensure alignment with People Marketing and recruiting goals.
- Manage social media engagement, scheduling, community interaction, and trend awareness.
- Enhance the career site and other digital platforms to attract and engage candidates.
- Explore, implement, and manage MarTech to boost platform performance.
- Analyze platform metrics, derive insights, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with content creators, recruiters, and stakeholders to align with recruitment marketing goals.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and new technologies.
- Manage employer review site feedback professionally.
- Partner to create and launch impactful employer branding campaigns.
- Manage the platform budget and ensure global consistency and brand alignment by guiding regional platform managers.
Measures of Success
3-month milestones include becoming fluent in the business vision and proposition, mapping candidate and employee experiences, establishing workflows, and creating a prioritized plan to streamline the platform ecosystem.
Year One Objectives
- Operate a streamlined platform ecosystem delivering a top-notch experience for candidates and employees.
- Improve ease and speed of navigation to key areas; track journey milestones with measurable progress.
- Collect feedback and implement changes that improve user experience.
Beyond Year One
- Continuously monitor and improve based on data, update mappings to reflect evolving user needs, and experiment with new technology to stay cutting-edge.
Required Skills And Experience
- Proven UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating accessible designs compliant with WCAG standards (tools such as Canva acceptable).
- Experience mapping complex systems and processes to create seamless user experiences.
- Experience with analytics dashboards, marketing automation, and CRM systems; strong data analysis to inform design and content strategy.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills; basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; understanding of SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams; experience collaborating with developers to implement designs.
- Experience conducting user testing and usability testing to optimize designs.
- Commitment to continuous learning in UX trends and AI-augmented UX workflows.
Bonus Points
- Experience with HRIS and talent management platforms.
- Deep understanding of social media analytics and best practices.
- Experience with employer branding platforms or CMS.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Planner, Jira, Trello).
