We are excited to recruit an Employer Solutions Associate Director who can be based at one of our national offices. The role involves leading client needs in share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support. You will have significant client contact and provide leadership to junior colleagues.

You will make an impact by:

  1. Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, designing new employee incentive schemes.
  2. Building strong capabilities within teams, recognizing individual strengths and client requirements.
  3. Motivating your team to ensure maximum efficiency of reward spend.
  4. Providing advice on the tax treatment of share plans during implementation and operation, and on transactions.
  5. Implementing share plan structures, including legal documentation.
  6. Advising on share valuation for tax purposes.
  7. Collaborating with RSM colleagues worldwide on international share incentive structures.
  8. Supervising junior staff, briefing on client business, and providing on-the-job training and appraisals.

  2. Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, Solicitor).
  3. Proven client handling and project management skills.
  4. Experience producing high-quality work for demanding clients.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
