Employment Solicitor (2 to 4 years PQE) – Belfast (Hybrid) – Global Law Firm

Conekt Legal is currently partnering with a top 10 global law firm to recruit an employment solicitor into their growing employment team. This is an exciting opportunity that will give the employment solicitor exposure to high-quality, varied, and interesting work with an international client base across sectors including financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, transport, consumer, and retail.

This role is suitable for a qualified solicitor with 2 to 4 years PQE gained in employment law.

The Role

The employment solicitor will handle a range of employment advisory, litigation, and project-based work, including:

• Employment litigation matters, including tribunal processes
• Advising on unfair dismissal claims, whistleblowing, and equal pay issues
• Managing large-scale investigations, grievances, and whistleblowing cases
• Handling multijurisdictional projects such as equal pay reviews and restructuring
• Advising on redundancy procedures
• Supporting corporate projects as needed

You will be!

• Qualified solicitor with 2 to 4 years PQE (NI and/or E&W)
• Strong academic background
• Experience in employment law from a leading employment practice
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
