Responsibilities

  • You’ll be building lasting relationships to grow the volume and value of your portfolio through consistently delivering high quality customer interactions and experiences
  • As a key member of our team, you’ll be recognised for building trust and long term sustainable value for our customers and colleagues
  • There are two roles for this position, one based in Glasgow or Edinburgh and one based in Manchester

What youll do

We’ll look to you to oversee the provision of excellent service to a portfolio of clients, either through face to face meetings or video, telephone and email channels. Through a proactive contact strategy, you’ll be working to really understand their needs and provide them with commercial and profitable advice.

The skills youll need

  • Strong customer focus and professional qualifications in Employment Law or HR. Extensive experience in a role relating to employment law, employment relations or HR, with a background in providing advice for complex matters.
  • Extensive experience of identifying customer needs, identifying risks and prioritising recommendations
  • The ability to identify and lead business solutions, bespoke service offerings to customers and provide commercial price quotes
  • Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to serve customers at times that meet their needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
