This is a large law firm with offices outside of Birmingham. You would be the first hire into Employment in Birmingham and would work as part of a national Employment team.

Job Description

This role is suitable for a senior Employment Lawyer interested in working at a firm during an exciting growth period in Birmingham. The office is expanding with senior hires, and Employment is a key focus area. You would join as a Partner and help develop the practice in the Midlands, with support from other offices and Birmingham colleagues. The firm offers an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary at Partner level, typically linked to client following. Lawyers usually work two days per week in the office.
