A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to handle a claimant and contentious caseload. The firm acts for professional organisations, trade unions and private individuals and prides itself on outstanding client care.

Responsibilities

• Handle claimant and contentious employment matters across multiple sectors, providing advice through to litigation.
• Deliver outstanding client care and service.
• Work with minimal supervision and use training and support as needed.
• Collaborate with the firm’s client base and contribute to a high standard of professional practice.
• Remote role with attendance required a couple of times a month.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–5 years of experience in employment law.
• Good grounding in contentious employment matters.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
