The Role

Acting on behalf of both claimants and respondents in a wide variety of employment matters, drafting key documents including ET1/ET3 forms, witness statements, and schedules of loss; providing clear, practical, and commercially minded advice to clients; representing clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and preliminary hearings when required; supporting colleagues with their caseloads and providing cover during holidays; getting involved in marketing and business development initiatives, such as writing articles, delivering seminars, or networking events.

You

• A qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE in employment law
• Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills, with a keen eye for detail
• A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the wider department
• Commercially aware, with a willingness to get involved in business development and client relationship building
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel occasionally to the Market Harborough office
