A leading services organisation is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its UK legal team, based in Nottingham. The role works closely with HR and Legal functions, providing strategic legal advice on employment law compliance, employee relations, and data protection matters, and requires office presence three days a week in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • Advising on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, investigations, and tribunal claims.
  • Identifying legal changes impacting HR and delivering training.
  • Supporting leadership on employment‑related risks.
  • Collaborating with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure legal advice aligns with regulatory expectations and business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer with significant experience in employment law.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strategic mindset, excellent judgment, and ability to build trusted relationships with HR and senior leadership.
