Employment Solicitor : Locum | Location: Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom | GBP 34.14 per hour

This role delivers expert legal advice, representation, and advocacy for Union members, while also supporting colleagues and contributing to training and resource development. To express interest, contact the recruiter with your CV and reference number.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claims and litigation on behalf of solicitors.
• Represent and advocate for members before tribunals, courts, hearings, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to colleagues on issues affecting teachers.
• Contribute to staff and member training, and prepare written documents, articles, and resources on legal matters.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with proven expertise in employment law, regulatory proceedings, and advocacy.
• Demonstrable experience in case management and litigation, with strong advocacy before courts and tribunals.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice to colleagues and members; excellent drafting and communication skills.
