About the Role
This is a pivotal position working alongside our Head of Employment Law, where you will be involved in:
- Managing a diverse caseload of respondent and claimant matters, including complex and high-value cases.
- Leading business development initiatives to grow the team's client base and visibility.
- Mentoring and managing junior lawyers, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Playing a visible leadership role within the firm, with clear progression opportunities-including partnership.

- Experienced in employment law, ideally with a strong client following or the ability to develop one.
