Senior Associate / Legal Director – Employment Solicitor | Leeds | Up to £90K

Location: Leeds | Level: 4+ PQE | Hybrid Working | Salary: Up to £90,000

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of litigation and strategic advisory work
• Advise on whistleblowing, discrimination, TUPE, and NHS restructures
• Work directly with healthcare providers and corporates on complex employment issues
• Lead on high-calibre, complex employment cases
• Collaborate closely with supportive partners in a high-performing team
• Work across healthcare and corporate sectors; contribute to nationally impactful, career-defining cases
• Flexible hybrid working to support work-life balance
• Clear pathway to progression in a growing Leeds team

Qualifications

• 4+ PQE Employment Solicitor (Senior Associate or Legal Director level)
• Strong respondent experience from a top employment team
• NHS or public sector exposure (preferred, not essential)
• Excellent tribunal advocacy, negotiation, and client care skills
• Commercial mindset and ambition to progress
