• Provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs, and trade unions on a wide range of issues, including settlement agreements, redundancy and restructures, discrimination, disciplinary procedures and grievances, handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals.

Required Experience

• 5+ years PQE; open to Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners.
• Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non-contentious employment work.

• UK-based, able to work fully remotely.

Salary & Potential

• Uncapped bonuses linked to billables.
