Created by the merger of CSC and the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, DXC Technology serves nearly 6,000 private and public sector clients across 70 countries. • Lead the technical lifecycle for EUC services—evaluation, planning, deployment, testing, support, and retirement
  • Develop and maintain policies and standards for device security, patching, compliance, and usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Network, Service Desk, and Procurement to ensure cohesive EUC strategies
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to enhance user experience, security, and cost-efficiency
  • Lead or support EUC-related projects, including OS migrations, hardware refreshes, and application rollouts
  • Monitor and report on EUC service performance, incidents, and user satisfaction metrics
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

Desirable Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an End User Compute or Device Management role, preferably in a large or complex IT environment
  • Deep technical knowledge of EUC infrastructure including: Windows 10/11, macOS, Android, iOS; Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM), JAMF, Group Policy; Active Directory, Azure AD, and Conditional Access; VDI technologies (Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Microsoft AVD); endpoint security, encryption, antivirus, and compliance solutions; collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
