Overview

The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) is a modern, vibrant organisation. We make final decisions on complaints that have not been resolved by UK Government departments and the NHS in England, and we work with people to understand where public services fall short and how to put things right. Based in the centre of Manchester, we employ 600 individuals and offer a diverse, inclusive culture with flexibility to suit how you work.

The role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled End User Computing Manager to lead the delivery of modern, secure, and user-focused digital workplace services. You will manage a team of specialists, shape service standards, and drive innovation across device management, collaboration tools, and user support. You will work closely with cyber security, infrastructure and service management colleagues to build a resilient and responsive digital environment. If you are passionate about user experience, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and have a strong track record in enterprise IT environments, we’d love to hear from you.
