Change & Transformation Partner | Finance | Energy

A leading global consultancy who are seeking a talented Endur Business Analyst to join their expanding Energy & Commodities practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile transformation programmes for major clients in the Gas and Power sector.

The Role

As an Endur Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of business and technology solutions, bridging the gap between trading operations and technical teams. You will be responsible for capturing requirements, shaping solutions, and ensuring that Endur is effectively aligned with business needs across front-to-back processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for Endur system enhancements and configurations
• Support full project lifecycle from design through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Work closely with trading, risk, operations, and IT teams to optimise processes within Gas and Power trading
• Perform system analysis, gap assessments, and propose solutions aligned to best practice
• Provide subject matter expertise on Endur modules and workflows

Requirements:

• Circa 5 years’ hands-on Endur experience, ideally in consultancy or client-side delivery roles
• Strong understanding of Gas and Power trading markets, with exposure to ETRM front-to-back processes
• Proven ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex requirements
• Experience in full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, UAT, and implementation
• Knowledge of risk management, trade lifecycle, and regulatory requirements in energy markets
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

This is a Hybrid role with a base salary around £120k, flexible to £130/140k for the right candidate.
