  • Bridge regulatory, engineering, digital and customer languages to add new insights for clients.
  • Contribute to the Asset Management team by applying practical hands-on experience with energy infrastructure assets.
  • Develop asset strategies, policies, plans and standards and understand their influence on business outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of energy infrastructure projects in a way that balances customer, regulator and shareholder priorities.

Qualifications

  • Technical background or strong technical competencies in areas such as electricity or gas network asset planning/operation (transmission and/or distribution).
  • Knowledge of NESO, DSO, Net Zero drivers and regulatory incentives; asset strategy and decision-making; and program delivery.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of workstreams or major projects with adherence to quality standards; ability to mentor less experienced staff.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams including data scientists, economists and engineers.
  • Commitment to professional development and awareness of market trends and technical solutions.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid working: in office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week; time spent on site may vary by role or assignment, up to 5 days per week on client site.

  • 25 days annual leave (plus a half-day on Christmas Eve) with option to buy 5 additional days
  • Generous company pension
  • Opportunity to engage in community and charity initiatives
  • Annual performance-based bonus
  • PA share ownership and tax-advantaged benefits (cycle to work, give as you earn)
