At E.ON Next we want an Energy Specialist to deliver a world‑class customer experience. You will own the journey from the first call or email to the final resolution, ensuring every interaction leaves customers delighted and confident in our energy services.

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.
• Support customers with everything from billing to meter exchanges, consistently delivering a positive outcome.

• Previous customer service experience (full training provided if new to energy).

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary £24,983, with progression pathways to higher pay levels.
• Flexible hybrid working: 2–3 days per week at the hub, the remainder remote.
• 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays (buy an extra 2 weeks).

Additional Information
