An innovative Renewable Energy company seek a skilled and ambitious Energy Storage Consultant to join their UK operation.

Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of battery storage systems and the wider renewables landscape
• Previous experience in technical consulting, due diligence, or owners engineering
• Strong communication, reporting, and project delivery skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to occasionally travel within the UK

Requirements

• 35+ years in renewables or energy sector
• Technical consulting or project delivery experience
• Solid technical knowledge battery chemistries, performance modelling, degradation, safety, and grid integration
• Client-facing experience, including producing technical reports, giving presentations, and advising stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with internal and external teams
• Commercial awareness of the UK energy market, including grid connection processes and revenue streams for storage
