We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic editorial thinker to join our audience team as Engagement Editor. Working across all our digital platforms, including web, app, Apple News and social media, the right candidate will be data literate, with the ability to translate data insights into effective editorial strategy.

This role is ideal for someone junior looking to make their mark in editorial SEO and is central to executing New Scientist’s editorial strategy, helping us to become a truly digital-first publisher.

The right candidate will be responsible for curating and optimizing New Scientist’s homepage and digital content to drive user engagement and online growth. They will be comfortable with:
