Responsibilities

Drive membership retention and growth across Scotland, supporting CIH’s corporate objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with housing organisations and partners, ensuring CIH’s products and services are widely known and meet the needs of the sector. Collaborate with member groups and networks to identify and develop opportunities to enhance our services, including local events, webinars, and other engagement activities. Act as a key point of contact between CIH and its members in Scotland — sharing updates, gathering feedback, and championing member interests.

You’ll be a confident communicator and relationship‑builder, passionate about delivering excellent service. Proactive and highly organised, you approach challenges with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and thrive in a flexible, collaborative team environment.
