Your key responsibilities

  • Planning, designing, and executing deployment of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems across multiple sites.
  • Designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Collaborating with operations and engineering teams to improve network design.
  • Automating deployment and monitor tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
  • Analysing current network deployments and propose improvements for scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Influencing technical direction by identifying trends and recommending innovative solutions and architectures.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience with working in a corporate global network environment, ideally with financial institutions.
  • Understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, VXLAN, etc.).
  • Experience with hardware from Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting languages like YAML, JSON, or Python and version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as a code or keenness to learn it.
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps-oriented environments.
