We are seeking an Engineering Contracts Manager to join our team based at 4More London (hybrid working).

What you'll do

• Manage Southeastern's Engineering Contracts, providing high-quality commercial expertise, focusing on Rolling Stock leasing, maintenance, and modification Contracts.
• Support business planning, contract negotiations, and the creation of new contracts and variations related to Rolling Stock leasing, maintenance, and modifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project, and Commercial Managers, offering expert commercial and contractual advice.
• Provide accurate financial and commercial information for business decisions, emphasizing best practices in contract management.
• Supervise the Rolling Stock Contracts Manager, conducting regular one-to-one meetings.

The experience you'll need

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Qualified or working towards a recognised Engineering or Contract Management professional qualification.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Knowledge of contractual frameworks, preferably within the Railway Industry.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in an Engineering or Commercial environment.
• Experience in rail or similar transport industries is desirable.
