Engineering Manager (Safety Case)

The Engineering Manager will join the Client Design Authority team to manage the production, upkeep and implementation of the project's Safety Justification Plan.

What We Need

• Detailed knowledge of regulatory compliance to nuclear industry standards and site Authorised Conditions including Design Authority responsibilities.
• Experience of technical assurance activities.
• Project engineering experience, including site implementation/integration.
• Experience of nuclear safety case.

Qualifications

• Qualification to degree level in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status or able to attain chartered status (demonstration of continued professional development).
• Detailed knowledge of regulatory compliance to nuclear industry standards and site Authorised Conditions.

Location

The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre and occasional visits to the site.

SC Clearance. Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK nationality will apply.
