Responsibilities

• Own the product end‑to‑end, ensuring its current and future success. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the business impact of engineering and steers the technical solution to serve the use‑case the best way possible. • Lead the team ensuring effective ways of working, prioritization, target setting, and supporting team members’ growth.
• Drive the product vision.
• Represent the team and collaborate with customers, product managers and other RELEX teams to ensure alignment.

• Strong creative and independent thinking, questioning status quo.
• T‑Shaped competency profile: generalist in many areas, but also deep understanding in either tech or business, preferably both.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
