The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex engineering projects — on time, within budget, and to scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve project issues, and act as the central communication point between global sites and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
*

Lead regular project meetings with multi-disciplinary teams.
*

Act as the main liaison between global sites and internal departments, including R&D, Production, Quality, and Sales.
*

Collaborate closely with engineering teams across Embedded Systems, Electronics, Power Electronics, and Mechanical disciplines.
*

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
*

Report on project status, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders.
*

Drive accountability and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

*

5+ years’ experience in product development with a strong background in Project Management.
*

Solid understanding of the design and development lifecycle in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
*

Confident communicating with technical engineering teams, especially within R&D.
*

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions.
*

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities.
*

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
