This is a customer-facing, solution-oriented role supporting pre-sales activity, delivering project implementation, and advising on optimised engineering workflows across major UK and Ireland-based clients.

This is a customer-facing, solution-oriented role supporting pre-sales activity, delivering project implementation, and advising on optimised engineering workflows across major UK and Ireland-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical consultations with clients to understand current processes and identify improvements.
• Translate engineering requirements into tailored solutions using the company's product and service portfolio.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and technical presentations during the pre-sales phase.
• Support implementation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on training, workshops, and coaching to clients and internal teams.
• Create scope documents, schedules, and manage project milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with sales and technical departments to ensure aligned, value-driven delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and software developments.
  
  

• Strong experience in electrical control panel manufacturing, system integration, or process automation.
• Previous exposure to technical pre-sales, consulting, or engineering project delivery.
• Proficiency with CAE/CAD tools for electrical, fluid, or automation design.
• ONC/HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline (ideally electrical or automation-related).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Project management experience and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.
  
  

• Circa £48k + car allowance + bonus
